Grilled Pesto Chicken and Tomato Kebobs

Sometimes you find a new recipe that sounds good, but doesn't live up to how you think it will taste. This recipe for Grilled Pesto Chicken and Tomato Kebobs was not one of those. They were bursting with the fresh flavor and smell of the pesto and were very juicy and delicious.

I love grilling chicken kebobs, because they cook relatively fast and make a beautiful presentation. In the recipe, a new idea that I tried with these kebobs, was to use two skewers when putting them together. This makes them hold together better. What a great idea! Even the cherry tomatoes stayed on the skewers while cooking on the grill.

The recipe can be found here at one of my go to websites (Skinnytaste) for healthy, yet delicious ideas. Paired with grilled veggies and some baby red skin potatoes, it was an easy meal to put together on a busy Sunday night.

Have a great day!

  1. Hi Vicki, These look delicious! We grill almost daily in the summer and I will definitely flag this recipe. I make pesto all the time and use it a lot on fish, pasta, etc.. I've never tried it on chicken so this will be fun. Have a wonderful day!

  11. I have had kebobs on the brain. I have a little trouble getting the chicken and veg to reach doneness at the same time. I like that you put the squash on a different skewer.
